(1) I separated each rib stiffener with a pair of tin snips from the aluminum stock provided. (2) using a hand file I rounded the edges of each stiffener to match the profile of the templatede. (3) I then deburred, polished edges and prepped for primer. (4) I used a step drill on rudder flange to open up the hole to its proper size. (5) Primed the rib stiffeners and rudder flanges.
